Don’t worry. If your amount was deducted but the recharge failed, the transaction is usually reversed automatically. Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days depending on your bank. If the refund is delayed, please contact support with your transaction ID.

A “Pending” status means we are awaiting confirmation from the operator or biller. Please wait up to 24 hours. If it remains pending, the amount will be refunded automatically.

This may occur due to network issues, operator downtime, or incorrect details. Please verify the number, operator, and try again after some time.

Once a recharge is successful, it cannot be reversed. Please double-check the mobile number and operator before confirming payment.
